We are headed east this weekend for some sage rat exploding action!!!!!going to the wintering grounds for more sheds!!!maybe some arrowheads and a few yotes and some rabbits. The list goes on we will take some pics for everyone. Hoping the deer hung out in the same place ,last time we found eight sheds. one was a matched set in a bed under a juniper. hopes are high. but we will have great fun with the rats anyway!!

We will be in the North warner unit beetween Plush and Lakeview. I will have enough points to deer hunt there next year so i am looking around . I grew up hunting there so I got high hopes of finding some areas to look for bucks.

We are back!!! Had a great time!!! Here's some pics. Here's a picture of me and the boys before we went for a walk to look around. Here's where we camped outside of Lakeview, this is looking North towards Bend. The boys had so much fun getting Sage Rats!!!! It sure is pretty, you can drive for miles and miles!!!!! There is mountains!!! The smoke is from the Sisters fire. And last but not least, we did not see any Monster Bucks, but we did see lots of Antelope. I just couldn't past this picture up, I think she thought we couldn't see her.

We had a blast!!!!! Saw a couple of 14" and 15" antelope but they were way to far for good pics as usual. The mosquitos were down right hungry. Thought I was going to have to have a blood transfusion to make it home!
