I will have to agree with BB. Once you go Mulie you never go back . I have hunted for 21 years and the last 5 have been mulies. I have killed countless Blacktail and truly believe they are more elusive and much harder to hunt but I love the country over east and the smell of sage!

i have only hunted mullies in mylife so it would have to be mullies. i love the chase i can see a monster mullie here today and 40 miles away tommorow. plus you try to find a book on hunting mullies their are a few but not many it is all on whitetails does that mean they are more predictable?

I've hunted whitetails all my life, here in ohio you are hunting thick cover so average shots under 20 yards, I've got prolly over 40 whitetails and have enjoyed every single one of em, but i lived in montana a while and got a taste for spot n stalk muleys, I've only got 3 muley bucks to my credit but gotta say I love hunting them in open country where you can see em then try to put a sneak on em,so guess if I hadda choice I'd switch to muleys
