I have been looking for a good stand and there are so many types it is all quite confusing. I have killed lots of whitetails, and they are a blast. Of course all hunting is a turn on for me. There isn't a lot of trees in central Oregon that a stand will work on but they are well worth the money. I think every serious hunter needs one.

back here in the east alot of areas you either hunt with a treestand or ya don't hunt bow season, our undergrowth is too thick otherwise...I've got a loggy bayou climber/hang on and a ladder stand,,,,for climbers loggy bayous prolly the most secure once its in the tree...my ladder stands nice but a bear to carry back into the woods
