Hoping it will be here today. It's a replica 1876 Winchester in 45-60 caliber. Been casting 300 gr. flatpoints to shoot out of her. Will post pics when time comes.

No rifle today. Here's a couple pics though. First is the dies and brass that came last week. Second pic here is the 45-60 on the left in comparison to the 45-70 on the right. The 45-60 is loaded with a 300 gr. flatpoint while the 45-70 has the 535 gr. Postell bullet. The 45-60 brass was formed from 45-70 brass...it's .220 shorter and the rim is .010 thinner.

wow nice rifle , never shot a 45/60 , I've got a hr1871 buffalo classin in 45/70 with a 32" barrelI wanna try out this hunting season

Grizz I've a friend that I reload for that shoots the 535 gr. bullets of mine out of a Buffalo Classic...he really likes it and shot a few deer with it last year.
