Swore I'd never run a jacketed bullet thru the Sharps...but these 500 gr. Barnes Triple Shock bullets caught my eye. They don't shoot bad...oughta wreak havoc on a buck or doe. Here's a pic with it in comparison to the 535 gr. lead Postell and the .220 Swift cartridge. A loaded 500 gr. Barnes, 535 gr. Postell, a .243, a .220 Swift and .223 cartridge.

Those are some big bullets. What calibre is your Sharps? I used to shot 405 gr. out of a 45-70 and thought that was big!
