Beginning in 2006, there is no restriction limiting the maximum let-off for compound bows used for hunting in Oregon; since 1990, let-off had been restricted to no more than 65%.

I don't know that we have a limit, but to qualify for P&Y and believe you can't go over 65%

P&Y did away with the 65% rule as well. So bows used with 80% are still eligible for entry into the P&Y book. 80% is pretty much an industry standard now days.

Thanks Oregonarcher for clearing that up. I think that was a good idea to do away with that. Now if they will allow elderly and disable people to hunt with crossbows. ;D
